To provide program and project management of major DLA Acquisition and industrial capabilities initiatives in support of DLA's mission. Specifically, these include Strategic Material Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management, Surge and Sustainment, Federal Services Management, and Performance Based Logistics. Acquisition Programs and Industrial Capabilities Division supports DLA's Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) directed mission of procurement of new Depot Level Reparables. Program Managers complete related special projects and reviews that support the core mission, and duties relevant to acquisition program management such as completing Integrated Acquisition Review Board (IARB) reviews, developing Business Rules and procurement guidance/directives, and providing acquisition program management oversight to all DLA Primary Level Field Activities for programs and projects under the Division's areas of responsibility.
