Parents’ Weekend offers an exceptional opportunity for parents to visit with their midshipman in the historic surroundings of the Academy and the town of Annapolis and to expand their knowledge of the traditions, academic life and unique atmosphere of the Naval Academy. The schedule of events planned during 2nd class parents' weekend provide an experience that we hope is both enjoyable and informative. The academic facilities of the Naval Academy will be on display throughout the weekend. Visitors will be able to visit these state-of-the-art facilities and meet with the talented and dedicated men and women who make the Academy an unparalleled undergraduate institution.

Many special events are planned including lunch in King Hall, a full dress parade, the Navy vs. East Carolina football game, and a Combined Glee Club performance. The weekend will conclude with worship services on Sunday in the United States Naval Academy Chapel and other available locations of worship.
