Geospatial technology enables work in support of the Department and agency missions, including all of USDA’s conservation, farming, animal and plant health, rural development, property management, and homeland security elements of the strategic plan. By participating in the coordinated development, use, sharing, and dissemination of geospatial data, agencies will have access to a greater amount of data from government, businesses, academia, and individuals.

USDA Unified Geospatial Business Case and Target Segment Architecture
