Information for Returning Reporters
Copy Forward -- See Chapter 10 of the User Guide at FederalReporting.gov.

Marking a Report "Final"
- A Final Report means that all work is complete and that you will not be reporting again.
Automatic Data Change
- See Chapter 16 of the User Guide at FederaReporting.gov for instructions on changing or correcting data submitted in previous reporting cycles.
Registration - New Reporters
If you are a new reporter, you can register any time at FederalReporting.gov. For instructions, please read Chapter 2 of the User Guide at the downloads page of FederalReporting.gov. You will need the following:
- A valid email address (this will become your User ID when you log in to FederalReporting.gov).
- A DUNS number -- If your organization doesn't have a DUNS number, visit Dun & Bradstreet at http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform.
- Central Contractor Registration -- All prime recipients and sub-recipients of grants and loans must be registered in CCR http://www.ccr.gov.
final reconciliation
If you have completed your Recovery project and submitted your final report at FederalReporting.gov, you may be eligible for Final Review and Reconciliation by your awarding agency. For more details, see
Chapter 17 of the User Guide.
davis-bacon act
All construction projects funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act are required to comply with the Davis-Bacon Act. For details, watch the webinar.
