The Office of Child Care (OCC) is dedicated to enhancing the quality, affordability, and availability of child care for all families. OCC administers federal funds to states, territories, and tribes to assist low-income families in accessing quality child care for children when the parents work or participate in education or training. OCC contracts with partners to promote their mission.

Eligible Applicants
Requests for services must originate from a state child care administrator and be approved by the Child Care Regional Program Manager at each of the ten Regional Offices.
