OSD Accessioned Documents: An SF-135 is a document that lists and transfers records from a creating agency to a storing agency. The SF-135's posted on this site are for records prepared for accession to the Washington National Records Center (WNRC-Suitland). The OSD/JS FOIA Requester Service Center is in the process of proactively posting these forms starting with the year 2009. SF-135's for previous years are under review and will be posted to this site once the review process has been completed. These postings reflect records for components and activities for the Office of the Secretary of Defense, to include SF-135's for records as varied as Tri-Care Management Activity, the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy, Secretary of Defense/Deputy Secretary of Defense files, and Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition and Procurement Office. Topical Areas of records covered by the SF-135's include BRAC, International Security Affairs and sub-components, General OSD Management Files, and Contracts. The records accessioned range from Unclassified to Top Secret.
