The Foundation supports high-quality empirical studies designed to improve youth settings and increase our understanding of how those settings work. We are also focused on understanding how and under what conditions research evidence is used to influence policy and practice that affect youth.
The Foundation's 2010 Annual Report is now available. The report features an essay by Edward Seidman, senior vice president, program, on the progress we've made toward improving the quality of classroom interactions. It also includes an essay and several informative graphs from Lawrence D. Moreland, senior vice president for finance and administration, which give an overview of the Foundation's finances and discuss the outlook for the philanthropic sector as a whole.
