Patent Examiner Positions

At the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Patent Examiners review patent applications to determine if they comply with basic rules and legal requirements. Your job will be to research the subject matter claimed in patent applications, and you will communicate your findings on the patentability of applications to inventors or patent practitioners.
