Czech Technical University enters its first U.S. Department of Energy Solar Decathlon with the AIR House. The AIR House is conceived as a prototype for future housing that is affordable (A), innovative (I), and recyclable (R).

AIR House will offer a sense of delight for the homeowner and be easy to assemble and transport. The design is environmentally friendly and uses energy-efficient technologies and materials to create a healthy interior environment. The AIR House is based on the concept of a flexible single room that adjusts to the needs of the inhabitants and reacts to variable outdoor conditions.
