If a unit is using AHLTA-T and their system is connected to Theater Medical Data Store (TMDS), it is easy to obtain workload/activity reports by following the instructions below.

JMeWS:

  3. Open Patient Reports by hovering over the Patient Reports tab.
NOTE: More options appear by hovering over the tabs and navigating the dropdown menus versus clicking on the desired links.
  4. Expand the Event View options by hovering over the Event View tab.
  5. Expand PEM Count by hovering over the PEM Count sub-tab.
  6. Click the Search sub-tab.
    1. Select “Show me the counts broken down by unit.”
    2. Enter <start and end dates>.
    3. Chose PEM type and Injury type.
    4. Click Get Report.
  7. One can see the PEM counts by unit. Click the Excel button to export the data.
  8. To obtain individual encounter date information, click the unit's name.
  9. To import the encounter by date information, click the Excel button.
  10. To import patient name information, click any of the PEM encounter numbers.
