This is an optional form that Fellows may use as their
IDP. Fellows should work with their supervisors to complete
the IDP. When using an agency specific IDP, this form may be
used as a guide as to help complete the IDP. This is an

This online form is used by finalists and Fellows (PMFs) to
inform the PMF Program Office of changes to their personal contact
information (e.g., name changes, home mailing address, phone
numbers, and personal email address). It is critical for
finalists/Fellows to maintain accurate contact information,
specifically their email address. All PMF Program
communications are conducted via email. |

The PMF Guide for Agencies provides information on the
roles and responsibilities of the PMF Program Office, Agency PMF
Coordinators, Presidential Management Fellows (PMFs), and their
supervisors. It also provides program policy and procedural
guidance to help agencies administer their PMF Program. |

| Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) |
This is a sample MOU to be used when performing a rotational
opportunity at an agency other than a Fellows employing agency.
This form should be tailored to meet the needs of the specific
assignment. Fellows should consult with their supervisor and/or
