Add Favorite Diagnoses in AHLTA-T

  1. Within any patient encounter, users can add favorite diagnoses.
  2. Select List Management from the folder list on the left side of the screen to display current diagnoses.
  3. Highlight My Diagnoses.
  4. Click the Add button at the top of the page to search for diagnoses.
  5. In the Select Diagnosis window, enter a diagnosis in the Medcin Search field. For example, enter Asthma.
  6. Highlight the appropriate diagnosis for the list and click the OK button.
  7. The diagnosis selected appears under My Diagnoses. Every diagnosis selected is visible when the option tree is expanded.
  8. Users may search and select diagnoses from the A/P window. Click on a diagnosis and click the Add to Favorite List button at the bottom of the window. To review favorites in the A/P window, select the radio button Clinic & User Favorite List under the Diagnosis tab. Users’ diagnoses will display under User Favorites.
