The Draft EA analyzes the impacts of introducing perimeter security around the Harry S Truman Building, including impacts on infrastructure, circulation, accessibility, and historic resources at and near the Truman Building, which is the headquarters of the Department of State at 2201 C Street, NW, Washington, DC.
