RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany — U.S. Air Forces in Europe Commander Gen. Tom Hobbins (right) welcomes Commander in Chief of the Ukrainian Air Forces Gen.-Col. Anatoliy Yakovich Toropchyn to Ramstein Jan. 23 for a visit focused on bilateral relations. During his four-day visit, Toropchyn visited Ramstein to meet with senior USAFE leadership and receive familiarization of organizational missions, air operations/planning, and enlisted/officer training and development.
