NCD Conducts Listening Session at Native American Rehabilitation Conference

At the June 20, 2012 Consortia of Administrators for Native American Rehabilitation (CANAR) mid-year conference listening circles, NCD Members Chester Finn, Dongwoo ("Joe") Pak, and Clyde Terry heard first-hand about health care, independent living services,  education, and vocational rehabilitation issues affecting tribal people with disabilities and families. NCD's host was the Seneca Nation of Indians (Niagara Falls, NY) whose color, traditional dress, and dance are depicted in one of the photographs below.
