How can my provider back home access my theater medical records?

  1. Log in to AHLTA.
  2. Search for the appropriate patient.
  3. Select Previous Encounters in the Folders List. Theater records will have a blue “T” identifying them as documented on MC4.
  4. Click the DoD/VA/Theater link in the Folders List. This will direct providers to a shared server that allows for the viewing of all Department of Defense, Veteran’s Affairs and Theater records.
  5. Click the TMDS link within the AHLTA Folders List. This requires a separate login, but contains all Theater records.
