CONSTANTA, Romania (June 8, 2011) - Maj. Todd Schunks a Marine attached to the Black Sea Rotational Force-11 (BSRF-11) high-fives a girl from the Constanta Kindergarden during a community relations project(COMREL). Sailors attached to the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Monterey (CG 61) and Marines gave out Project Handclasp toys and school supplies. Monterey is homeported out of Norfolk and is supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation effort in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility.
