SOUDA BAY, Greece (Feb. 9, 2012) - Damage Controlman 3rd Class Michael Macenany (right), Seaman Troy Keller (center) and Engineman 2nd Class Zachary Marvain (left) don firefighting gear in the hangar bay of the guided-missile cruiser USS Vella Gulf, for a firefighting training drill on the ship's flight deck while in port Souda Bay. Vella Gulf, homeported out of Norfolk, Va., is currently conducting theater security cooperation and maritime security operations in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility.
