MEDITERRANEAN SEA, (March. 15, 2011) -- Quartermaster 2nd Class Jesse Glover uses a statometer to measures the distance from the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Barry (DDG 52) to the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Kanawha (T-AO 196) prior to a replenishment at sea. Barry is on a routine deployment conducting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility.
