Vice Adm. David Dunaway gets his three-star shoulder boards attached by his wife and daughter after being promoted to the rank of vice admiral. Dunaway received the promotion before relieving Vice Adm. David Architzel as commander of Naval Air Systems during an official change of command ceremony.
