NAPLES, Italy (Nov. 19, 2010) Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa (CNE-CNA) Adm. Samuel J. Locklear, III, speaks to more than 420 military and civilian guests at the "Thanks for Giving" concert at Mostra D'Oltremare Teatro in Naples. The concert was performed by CNE Band to show CNE-CNA's appreciation to the local Italian civic community, NATO allies and the many charitable and family volunteer organizations who have dedicated their support to the U.S. community.
