Continuous professional growth opportunities are critical for enhancing the repertoire of strategies, skills and competencies of educators. DoDEA values the professional educator as most important in achieving exemplary learning opportunities for our students.

Professional development days have been provided to the districts and areas to support district and school specific training needs throughout the year and during the summer months. District and area offices are primary resources for delivering professional development services to the schools. DoDEA Headquarters continues to provide training for specific needs.
