The index of customers consists of a list of firm transportation and storage customers under contract as of the first business day of each calendar quarter.

Electronic Filing Instruction Manual contains record formats to help interpret the data.

Users of the data will also need to refer to the three digit pipeline code list to identify the pipeline that submitted each file.
