Course Title: FLRA Comprehensive Arbitration Training

Course Description: A primary responsibility of the Authority under the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute is to resolve exceptions to arbitration awards that arise out of grievances filed by a Federal employee, union or agency. This Comprehensive Arbitration Training is designed to help you understand the roles of the arbitrator, the parties and the Authority in the arbitration process. This course consists of five lessons.
