Survey of Income and Program Participation Data on Marriage and Divorce

The Survey of Income and Program Participation (SIPP) is a longitudinal panel survey of demographic information, income, labor force characteristics, and program participation in the United States with supplemental topical modules including questions on topics such as marital history and household relationships. SIPP data on marriage and divorce are available from 1984 to the present.
