Course Title:
Employee Relations for Supervisors and Managers
Course Description:
This two-day training course provides new supervisors and managers (2 years or less) with the tools and resources that are available to proactively and effectively address employees who are problematic in which they are unwilling or unable to conform to workplace rules.
