Children can suffer a fingertip amputation if they put their finger in the hinge of the canopy when it's being opened or closed. In fact there have been reports that this has happened to five children. Parents should immediately stop using the recalled strollers and contact Graco to get a free repair kit. The repair kit will remove the hazard."
