Description
The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) conducts its annual survey to gather information on the types of benefits employers offer to their employees. The survey instrument lists 274 benefits and asked human resource (HR) professionals to indicate whether they offer these benefits. If they offer a benefit, they are asked whether their organization plans to reduce or eliminate the benefit in the coming year. If the HR professional reports that his or her organization did not offer the benefit, the respondent is asked if there are plans to offer the benefit in the next year.
