LRMC Plastic Surgery Clinic team

The LRMC Plastic Surgery Clinic team provides high class inpatient and outpatient surgical health services to include all aspects of general plastics and reconstructive surgery. We also provide cosmetic surgery which is restricted in volume and is fee-based depending on the nature of the surgery.

Initial appointments to the Plastic Surgery Clinic require your Primary Care Manager to place a consult. These consults will be reviewed by the clinic staff within 3 business days, and a determination is made whether it will be appointed to our clinic, sent to another specialty for consideration, or deferred out to the TRICARE network of providers. This decision is based on the nature of the consultation as well as the capacity and capability of the clinic staff. After your consult is appointed to our clinic, you may call and schedule your appointment.

Beneficiaries include members of all branches of the Armed Forces as well as TRICARE beneficiaries. Services are also provided for eligible civilians on a space-available basis. If a procedure requested is not medically indicated, it will be considered Elective Cosmetic Surgery and is governed by Heath Affairs Policy 05-020.

Please give us a call at the above number if you have any questions.

Below are forms that you may print, fill out and bring to your initial appointment for your convenience. Any questions or concerns on the forms will be addressed at the appointment.
