Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Claudia Andrews

Claudia Andrews Bonneville Power Administration 905 N.E. 11th Avenue Portland, OR 97232 Claudia Andrews is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Bonneville Power Administration. She has worked at BPA since 1990. AS CFO, she oversees BPA’s capital and debt management, accounting, cash management and budgeting. Andrews served temporarily as BPA’s Chief Risk Officer and immediately before that as BPA’s Treasurer. In years previous to the Treasurer position, she held a variety of management and staff positions in the Finance, Power and Supply Chain organizations. Andrews served as a Presidential Management Intern at the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C., before joining BPA. Andrews graduated summa cum laude from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Willamette University in Salem, Ore., with an MBA. She obtained her BA from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minn. She lives with her husband, Mike, and daughter, Silvie, in Damascus, Ore. She enjoys skiing, biking and throwing tennis balls for her black lab.
