Harry Seidman

Harry Seidman staff photo is Administrative Director, responsible for oversight and coordination of all administrative and operational management and support services for the Administrative Conference of the United States.

Previously, Mr. Seidman served as Lead Administrative Officer at the National Cancer Institute, National Institutes of Health where he oversaw the daily administrative operations and financial management of federal biomedical research programs. Prior to government service, Mr. Seidman spent a year working in the non-profit sector coordinating organizational outreach and engagement activities at universities in the Eastern United States as well as leading college student missions to social justice projects underway in North America, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.

Mr. Seidman earned a Masters of Business Administration at the George Washington University and holds undergraduate degrees in Finance and Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park including a high honors citation for his thesis work. Mr. Seidman has also studied international relations at Tel Aviv University and global healthcare policy at the London School of Economics. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Mr. Seidman currently resides in Upper Northwest Washington, D.C.
