Activity ideas for fall:
- Do something active with your BFF and snap some pictures.
- Make a fall dessert like Baked Pumpkin Custard or Dutch Apple Yogurt.
- Design your own disco ball with your friends for your sleepover dance parties—and a killer prop to drop at your New Year’s Eve bash!
- Hike a rail trail to view some fall foliage. Tote some water and trail mix to keep you fueled.
- Visit a corn maze and race your friends to the finish line.
- Camp out on a cool night. Toast some marshmallows and serve them with hot cocoa made with low-fat or fat-free milk.
- Volunteer to rake your lawn—or find someone who may need the help. Save time for a jump or two before bagging them up!
- Visit a pumpkin patch and hold a carving contest with your friends or family.
Host a back-to-school party with all your friends! Serve yummy party foods with calcium and teach them the BBF! Dance!
