Conference Projects

The Conference currently has a variety of projects that are in varying phases of the Project Process.  These projects were derived from the following sources:  the House Judiciary Committee, the American Bar Association, the list of projects on the Conference’s docket when it last operated in 1995, and other sources.  We rated the suggestions based on criteria such as importance, manageability, measurability, and likelihood of success.
