Direct Cost (Price) of Energy

"Purchased Energy" is energy purchased on the open market regardless of how it is used. "Purchased Energy" excludes quantities that are transferred in from other establishments of the same company, quantities purchased by a central purchasing office offsite, and quanities for which payment is made in-kind.
