Q: What type and level of support is CDC going to provide grantees after VTrckS Go-Live?
A: The CDC Vaccine Management Contact Center will provide support after VTrckS Go-Live via telephone at 1-877-878-6247, e-mail vaccineordermgmt@cdc.gov, and fax at 1-866-958-6247. Hours of operation will be 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday except for major federal holidays. The Contact Center will provide telephone services in both Spanish and English.
The CDC Vaccine Management Contact Center will assist in the successful use of all of the applicable features of VTrckS and will serve as the central point for addressing basic order status inquiries.
Health care providers will still work with grantees to answer other types of vaccine-related and public health questions as they do today.
