What is the easiest way to extract DNA?
     Phyllis Frosst, Ph.D.: I currently investigate genetic discrimination, direct to consumer marketing of genetic tests and pharmacogenomics. First the cells must be broken open, then the membranes are solublized with a detergent, salts are added and then the DNA is precipitated with ethanol or isopropanol.
