NATO Secretary General, Lord Robertson of Port Ellen, to Visit Spain and Portugal on 10 January 2002 The Secretary General of NATO, will visit Spain and Portugal on 10 January 2002. Lord Robertson will be meeting with President José Maria Aznar, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Josep Piqué and the Minister of Defence, Federico Trillo. The talks will focus on Spain's agenda in the context of its Presidency of the European Union. The Secretary General will proceed to Portugal where he will be meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jaime José Matos da Gama as Portugal assumes the Chairmanship of the OSCE.
