FY 2011

The Department of Defense and Full-Year Continuing Appropriations Act, 2011, P.L. 112-10, was passed by Congress on April 15, 2011. It provides funding for the Department of Education for the remainder of Federal Fiscal Year (FY) 2011. The FY 2011 appropriation for the PBI program is $9,601,758, a reduction of $1,199,242 from the FY 2010 level. Funds for this PBI program are allocated based on a statutory formula. FY 2011 continuation awards will be reduced accordingly.
