FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas — Charles Canedy speaks to the attendees from the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee Sept. 12 in the quadrangle about U.S. Army North’s expanding homeland defense, civil support and theater security cooperation missions and the role Fort Sam Houston plays in the community.
