The Wind Power program at INL supports U.S. Department of Energy programs and U.S. Department of Defense programs that are committed to increasing the use of wind energy in the United States. This initiative helps DoE and DoD meet the growing demand for clean sources of electricity, implementing microgrids, and achieving energy security.
