Fish Passage Program
FEMA, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the U.S. Forest Service, the Town of Rochester, White River Partnership, and the State of Vermont, teamed up after Tropical Storm Irene to create new enhanced fish passages. This new design helps with aquatic and terrestrial crossings, survives 100-year floods, and helps prevent future damage. - Location: Rochester, VT
