Site Visit Reports
It is important to note that before moving into other areas of the workplace health assessment process, it is often helpful to write a site visit report that provides a description of the major findings from the site visit.
It is useful to share this site visit report with the workplace health program director or coordinator in order to verify the accuracy of information that will be used in making recommendations for new activities or changes to exiting ones. The assessment team should also work with the company liaison to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information gathered.
