CDC wishes to thank and acknowledge the following partners in their support and contributions to the development of the Workplace Health Promotion website toolkit.
AARP - a 501(c)(4) nonprofit and nonpartisan social welfare organization devoted to helping people 50 and over improve the quality of their lives. AARP provided support to develop aspects of the implementation and evaluation modules, overall production of the website, and worked with CDC to highlight workplace health issues for older adults.
Cargill (www.cargill.com) - an international provider of food, agricultural, and risk management products and services participated in a pilot project with CDC to inform the development of aspects of the assessment module.
CDC Foundation - an independent, nonprofit organization that that forges effective partnerships between CDC and others to fight threats to health and safety. The CDC Foundation brought CDC together with the other partners to conduct demonstration projects that were used as a foundation to develop the website.
