Subject:	Shareholder Rights to Elect a Board of Directors
Gentlemen and Ladies,

Since corporate America boards have swayed from their mission of 
representing all shareholders, as many examples indicate today, lets 
give more power to the shareholders to elect these boards.  Let's break-up 
the good old boy network that treats CEO's and other executives as "kings" 
while the common stockholder sees little or no return on his investment.
