Greetings:

I am writing you as a recipient of a pension fund that invests in the 
market. The recent revelations of fraud and dirty dealings at the top 
levels of major corporations are appalling.

We need every check and balance in place to ensure that corporate 
boards are held accountable to their stock holders. It's imperative 
that you strengthen proxy rules so that stockholders can oversee the 
companies they own.
