Sirs/Madam
I own mutual fund shares and invest in the markets and therefore care about how 
US companies are manage  

This makes me concerned about how the SEC's reviews proxy rules to see how they 
can be improved to protect shareholders like me.

I have read about what you are planning to do and I support the SEC's review of 
the proxy rules and hope that they are amended to give shareholders a greater say 
in how directors are selected and in how companies are governed.
