Customer Satisfaction Survey Program

Our goal is to constantly improve our patient/client satisfaction.  We want to hear what you are saying about the care we provide.

Patient Satisfaction Surveys
In order to evaluate ourselves and improve patient/client satisfaction, we partner with Press Ganey, Inc., a nationwide leader in healthcare satisfaction measurement, to administer the patient surveys.  Objectivity is gained from having a third party administer the surveys and also provides the opportunity to benchmark with similar organizations.

On a continuous basis, a percentage of our patient/clients receive a questionnaire from Press Ganey via plant mail to determine their current level of overall satisfaction with the services provided by HPMC OMS.  The survey results are reviewed and utilized to identify trends, initiate improvement actions and/or educational activities designed to improve overall patient satisfaction.

"We Want to Hear From You" Comment Cards
Comment Cards are available in each of the clinic’s waiting areas to allow our customers the opportunity to provide feedback at any time.  The comments are reviewed, entered in a database for tracking and trending purposes and are utilized to initiate improvement actions designed to improve overall patient satisfaction.
