Ultimately, conservation is about people.  Building on its long legacy of supporting training and capacity building of local people and institutions the Wildlife Without Borders-Latin America and Caribbean Regional Program is launching a new signature initiative: TEAM - Teaming for People and Nature.

The Latin America and Caribbean program is working with local partners to implement innovative and highly interdisciplinary graduate-level training programs in the region.  The programs aim to train future conservation professionals in leadership, management, communication, and community engagement by providing practical on-the-ground problem-solving in a team environment – much like the real world scenario future professionals will enter upon graduation.
