Community Overview

CPPW supports 50 diverse grantees across the country in their efforts to promote and institutionalize healthy behaviors related to obesity control and prevention, nutrition, physical activity, and tobacco control and prevention.  State and local-level grantees are implementing a variety of activities to support environmental change that makes healthy living easier.
