Hi my name is Hansel Henry the 3rd. I was an Intelligence Analyst in the United States Army Reserve.
I am now a lacrosse coach.
What I do as a lacrosse coach reflects greatly on the relationship that I had with my Drill Sergeant in the Army. He was the type of man that wanted to make sure that you paid attention to every detail, so that you could understand where he needed you to be and when you needed to be there.
I needed to basically follow every word that he gave me to follow, because he was our leader. In the same way I expect that of my players to pay attention to the details that I give them, in order to have the success that I know that they want.
